There’s nothing quite like a character you’ve invented coming to life on the page and making their own decisions. Nice.
I have a background in fine art and I try to keep my hand in whenever I can. Though these days it’s hard to keep art for art’s sake.
Spilled superglue, sprue clippings, and lost resistors. Smashed thumbs, dust in the eyebrows, and aches in muscles you’d forgotten.
Except for out-loud read-throughs, I write (and do everything else) with music on. I collect the stand-out songs each year into playlists.

Thanks for joining me here, a home for the various projects I’m working on. Currently, I’m spending most of my time writing. I have a few manuscripts in various stages of completion. Right now, I’m focusing on a contemporary fantasy/cosmic horror, which I’m in the process of sending to agents…
We have two lovely siblings: Haley and Casper and whatever else we’re doing, they’re involved somehow!
Of course, there’s no straight answer.
There’s so much to be interested in! We are all a chaotic amalgam of what we give precious time to.
